BAYTLY HOME
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026.
BAYTLY HOME uses this website to handle compressed sofa business enquiries. This notice explains the information collected through the site and how to contact us about it.
Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect your company or store name, business type, contact name, destination, preferred contact details and purchasing requirements. You may also provide your business website, timeline and customization requirements. Please do not submit payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information to respond to your enquiry and discuss model selection, specifications, quotations, samples and potential business cooperation. The contact permission on the enquiry form relates to that request; it is not a newsletter subscription.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries are stored in our WordPress website administration system, hosted on Hostinger. Website hosting and technical service providers may process data as needed to operate, secure and maintain the site. Authorised business staff use the information to handle your request. Depending on where you are located, this may involve processing in another country.
Technical information
The website and its hosting services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the page from which an enquiry was submitted, for service operation and security. Administrative login and essential site features may use cookies.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information while needed to handle the request, maintain related business records or meet applicable legal requirements. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you provided, or withdraw permission for further enquiry follow-up, subject to applicable requirements.
Contact about privacy
Use the enquiry form and write ‘Privacy request’ in the requirements field. Identify the earlier enquiry using only the information needed for us to locate it. You may also use the business contact you have received from BAYTLY HOME.
